If your usage is small and irregular and you do not want bought GB to expire, IPRoyal is the strong pick. Its list rate of $7.35/GB ($5.15/GB at 50GB) is higher than Decodo's, but its non-expiring traffic removes month-end waste, so effective cost can flip depending on your pattern. When to stay with Decodo
